By accessing our website (https://westpointsecurity.xyz and associated subdomains), utilizing our citizen reporting tools, or authenticating via third-party OAuth2 providers (including Discord and Roblox), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Westpoint Security operates as a private protective security community and roleplay service. Our web services provide dispatch status, officer roster directories, incident logs, Internal Affairs reporting, and employee management portals.

To access authorized employee, patrol, and supervisor portals, users may authenticate via Discord OAuth2 or Roblox OAuth2. When connecting your account:

• You authorize Westpoint Security to verify your public user ID, username, and verified group/guild membership ranks.
• You agree not to impersonate other personnel, bypass rank clearance controls, or share authentication sessions.
• You may revoke OAuth permissions at any time via your Discord or Roblox account security settings.

Users agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent misconduct reports, false emergency inquiries, or malicious payloads.
• Attempt to perform denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, automated scraping, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Harass staff members, transmit hate speech, or violate Roblox Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.

This portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Westpoint Security is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from portal use or third-party service outages.
